Green Bay, Wis. – H.J. Martin and Son continues to strengthen its talented workforce with the addition of three new team members: Dennis Wierzba, Ryan Paulus, and Ben Svanda. Each brings valuable experience and industry knowledge that will enhance the company’s capabilities and support continued growth across its markets.

Wierzba joins the company as a Project Manager/Estimator and will primarily operate out of the Milwaukee area to strengthen H.J. Martin and Son’s presence in that market. He brings 20 years of experience in flooring sales, estimating, and installation. Most recently, he served as Sales & Production Manager at a custom flooring company, where he led business development efforts. His deep industry knowledge and customer-first approach will help drive project success and regional growth.

Paulus joins as a Project Estimator for the Walls & Ceilings Division. He previously worked at The Boldt Company as a Field Engineer before transitioning into estimating roles, serving as both Estimator I and Estimator II. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management – Building Construction Management, along with a Minor in Business Administration, from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.

Svanda joins the company as a Commercial Flooring Project Estimator. He most recently worked at Menards as an Assistant Manager in the Floor Coverings department, where he oversaw operations, maintained inventory, and collaborated with customers to review blueprints and room dimensions to create accurate flooring estimates.

The addition of these team members further strengthens H.J. Martin and Son’s commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise across all divisions.
