H.J. Martin and Son provided six of our merchandising installers for this large-scale project of 287 Dollar General stores. Dedicated for an entire year, our team ensured a turnkey delivery and grand opening of all locations in 2014.

One lead person for each store was set as the point of authority to ensure the store’s interior work was completed on time, from shelves being unloaded and built to the last candy bar placed on the shelf.

We were responsible for leading the store team’s associates and new hires during the merchandising process to the grand opening date.
