Dustin DeGreef joined H.J. Martin & Son in 2003 and brings more than 18 years of experience across installation, estimating, and project management within the organization.

He began his career with H.J. Martin and Son as a summer helper in residential flooring while still in high school, working through summers from 2003 to 2008. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in flooring installation and product knowledge, developing a strong foundation in the trade.

Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, Dustin worked as a fixture installer, traveling nationwide as a supervisor with the installation crew. In this role, he led crews of 6-8 installers setting up interior wall systems for major retail customers.

In 2015, he transitioned into estimating as a Commercial Flooring Estimator, expanding his expertise in project costing, bidding, and financial analysis.

Between 2017 and 2022, Dustin worked as a Residential Flooring Estimator, where he played a key role in the early growth of H.J. Martin and Son's multi-family and light commercial work. He developed strong relationships with manufacturing representatives and general contractors while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational sides of the business.

In 2023, Dustin advanced into the role of Residential Flooring Project Manager. During that time, he trained new estimators and managed multi-million-dollar projects, primarily focused on large-scale, multi-level apartment buildings. He values guiding projects from the bidding stage through completion and building long-term partnerships with general contractors.
