The availability of a large labor force, consisting of both our in-house installation team and a trusted team of national sub-contractors, is an advantage that H.J. Martin and Son has over others. We have 57 in-house residential installers, along with access to more than 150 total residential installers and hundreds of commercial installers. Our strength in installation is a huge asset when the schedule demands it.
More importantly, every one of our experienced commercial flooring installers is trained on how to install each product correctly. We continuously bring in experts from our manufacturing partners to share their product knowledge with our installation team.
We also know how to best organize an installation crew for maximum production in a day, no matter the nuances of a project. We find that efficiencies in product installation often result in cost savings for the project owner.
We are willing to stand behind our work and we never leave a job unless the customer is 100 percent happy.
