Mike Agamaite

Mike has been working for the company for 13 years, moving through multiple positions, starting out as a union pre-apprentice flooring installer in both residential and commercial capacities. He has worked at every level of the flooring division and in 2016 he became a Project Manager. Agamaite has worked to grow the H.J. Martin and Son residential flooring division exponentially.

Agamaite oversees operations for Residential Interiors including managing the more than 40-person residential/multi-family sales, design, and estimating staff based in Green Bay and Neenah. Additionally, he will be improving upon and implementing new systems and team development to establish a greater foundation for future growth.

During his time working as a Project Manager, Agamaite has completed many large-scale projects including, specialty hospitality projects, collegiate residence halls, hotels, senior living residences, restaurants, and apartment buildings, and more. He has directed projects throughout the Midwest and United States.

After graduating high school, Agamaite took specialized courses within the construction industry along with various leadership courses. He completed an apprenticeship program with the Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters and became a journey floor coverer. He attended night classes to maintain his apprenticeship affiliation afterward. Mike has also taken the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) project management course and the Dale Carnegie course, which has a focus on communication and leadership skills. He regularly attends Brown County Home Builders Association (BCHBA) meetings to stay versed on the latest trends within the residential home building industry.
