Meg Foster joins design team of H.J. Martin and Son
Experienced designer from the south to work out of company’s Green Bay showroom
Green Bay, Wis. – Meg Foster, with experience in three southern U.S. states, has joined the design team of H.J. Martin and Son as an Interior Designer. Working out of the company’s Green Bay showroom, in this role she will help customers to select products according to their space, budget and personal design style.
Foster most recently worked as an interior designer for Simply Home Interiors in Starkville, Miss. She previously has been an interior design sales assistant at Sowell’s Furniture in Searcy, Ark., and an intern design intern at Artech Design Group in Chattanooga, Tenn.
“I have known that I wanted to be an interior designer since I was in the 6th grade,” says Foster. “Finding the perfect product for a client and making their home functional, as well as beautiful, is the driving factor in my work. I believe deeply in reuse and repurpose, and have confidence that anything can be charming and functional again. The true purpose of design for a client is to transform their personality into a design that suits them.”
Foster is a 2015 graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Ark., with a B.S. degree in interior design, with a minor in marketing. She recently received an M.B.A. degree from Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn., with a marketing concentration.
