H.J. Martin and Son promoted Ryan Foley from fixture crew manager to vice president of field operations.

In his new role, Foley will oversee the continued development of the company’s installation teams across all divisions and throughout the nation.

Foley will also manage the hiring of new installers and apprentices, as well as leveraging the strengths of the most experienced installers by working with crew managers to help improve productivity and cross-training opportunities.

Foley will act as a resource for both the divisional leaders and lead superintendents to help the company remain an industry leader through further training, education and safety initiatives.

“Ryan will focus on ensuring that we have the most prepared, professional and productive installers on our customers’ job sites,” Edward Martin, H.J. Martin and Son president and CEO said. “Leading this way will improve crew productivity and cross training opportunities.”
