1. What are your showroom hours?
Green Bay Location
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Neenah Location
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Warehouse/pickup hours vary from the store hours. Special arrangements can be made for evening and Saturday pickups. Your salesperson will help you make these arrangements.
2. Do you offer discounts for new construction?
Yes, we offer generous contractors discounts on both materials and labor when the sale is run through a credit approved building contractor.
3. Will H.J. Martin and Son, Inc. install floor covering purchased elsewhere or customer supplied?
Unfortunately, no. Like most residential floor covering retails, we will install only material purchased at H.J. Martin and Son, Inc.
4. Do you offer design consultations and what is the fee?
Yes, we offer a one time in home design consultation or unlimited help in the store for no charge!
5. Do you have materials geared toward people on a tight budget?
Yes, we carry materials at all price ranges from entry level to high end. Our goal is to give you the best value for your budget. We have hundreds of carpet and vinyl remnants in stock as well as amazing specials on stock carpet, vinyl, ceramic/porcelain tile, hardwood and laminate.
6. Do you offer financing?
Yes, every month we feature a different financing special. Check with your H.J. Martin and Son, Inc. sales associate or contact our department for details.
7. How do I get started?
First you will need to stop into the showroom to begin the selections process. We will then schedule a measure of your home to give us the information necessary to prepare a quote. Upon receiving final selections, a signed contract, and deposit, we can proceed with ordering of materials and securing an installation date. IT'S THAT EASY!
8. What about a warranty for my new floor and how do I maintain it?
You will receive a packet of information containing warranty and maintenance brochures specific to your new floor covering. We carry all necessary maintenance products in our store for your convenience. Anytime you have a question, just call our store and we'll be happy to assist you. We even have a carpet cleaning and floor care division in house to address any future maintenance problems that you may have.
9. Will I see the most up to date products in your store?
Yes! You will see thousands of cutting edge as well as classic materials in our store. We constantly review our product offering to ensure you have all options at your disposal when selecting floor covering from H.J. Martin and Son, Inc.
10. How fast can I expect to have my floor installed?
Depending on material availability, you can expect to have your new floor installed within 3-4 weeks of signing a contract and placing a deposit on your order. With in-stock material you could have a new floor within 2 weeks depending on the installation schedule.
11. Help! I have no idea what I'm doing, can you help me?
Our sales and design professionals will ask all the right questions, review your project and walk you through the process making your experience at H.J. Martin and Son, Inc. easy and stress free. We also have a technical team available to answer your most detailed installation questions. You're in the hands of the experts.
