1. Does your company offer Low-E glass?
Yes, we do.
2. What is Low-E?
Low-E (low emissivity) glass is high performance window glass made with an invisible thin metallic coating that blocks heat flow. During the winter, the low-E coating reflects heat back inside where it belongs and in the summer, the low-E coating keeps the heat outside by reflecting the sun's rays and heat back outside.
3. Can you "add" a Low-E coating onto existing windows?
No you can not. The Low-E coating is applied during the manufacturing process of a thermopane and is on the "inside" of the glass.
4. Do you offer residential glass?
On a very limited basis. If a residential window is brought into our store, we have one of our glass experts inspect the window to see if we are able to replace the glass and/or fix the window.
5. Do you offer "safety" glass?
Yes, we handle two types of safety glass. Tempered glass, which we order from a vendor and laminated glass, which we stock and can cut to size.
6. Do you offer glass shower doors?
Our residential interiors sales staff is very knowledgeable regarding the variety of glass shower doors and installation that is available, contact the residential interiors division for further details.
7. Do you offer glass handrails?
Yes, our design team will work with you to provide a glass handrail that compliments your commercial building and decor.
