Nicolet Townhomes is a two-story, 60-unit complex of income-restricted residences with private entrances. Made up of 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes across seven buildings, it also features a clubhouse and management office.
Completed on a fast track and on a tight budget, H.J. Martin and Son was responsible for the entire flooring installation.
The project entailed 5,000 square yards of carpet and 5,100 square yards of sheet vinyl, along with 4,000 linear feet of cove base and 450 square feet of vinyl composition tile (VCT).
Within the clubhouse and office areas, the installation included ceramic tile, carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and walk-off carpet tile.
The entire installation was spread out over a seven-month period.
