The Bohemian Park is a multi-phased luxury apartment community, situated near iconic Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown District, a new multi-purpose stadium and a vibrant shopping area. Set up to provide an urban neighborhood experience, including a pocket park, the development also features an outdoor gathering space with grills, underground parking, a party room, green roof and a dog-wash area.
Phase one was highlighted by a new four-story, 50-unit building that offered a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts with exterior balconies. The high-end apartments spotlight a modern kitchen, large walk-in closets and other in-unit amenities.
H.J. Martin and Son was entrusted with the flooring of the initial building, which included a variety of materials.
Roughly 28,500 square feet of Mannington® luxury vinyl tile (LVT) was installed in kitchen and living areas for its upscale look and ease of cleaning. Approximately 16,000 square feet of carpet was stretched in with pad, primarily in bedroom spaces.
The three-month flooring project included a crew ranging from 2-4 carpet/resilient installers, along with 2-4 tile setters.
